By participating in the SKINY GmbH sweepstake, the following conditions of participation are accepted.

 

ORGANISER

The organizer of this promotion is SKINY GmbH, Hauptstrasse 17, 6840 Götzis (A) - here in after referred to as SKINY.

 

PROCEDURE

The closing date for entries is Monday, 01.04.2024. The winners will be determined at random within the following week. The winners will be notified by e-mail immediately after the prize has been determined.

 

PARTICIPATION

To take part in the sweepstake, the fields listed in the online form must be completed and submitted. By participating in the sweepstake, participants declare their agreement with the rules of the sweepstake. Participation is possible within the times specified in the sweepstake. Participation in the sweepstake is free of charge. It is not possible to transfer prizes to third parties, make cash payments of equal value or change prizes.

 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Huber Holding AG and their relatives are excluded from participation. The operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to the or realisation of the competition,

(b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,

(c) in the event of unfair behavior or

(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection in connection with participation in the competition.

WINNER, NOTIFICATION AND TRANSFER OF THE PRIZE

The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, a new winner will be selected. From this point on, the claim for the first winner expires.

Entitlement to the prize arises exclusively upon receipt of the written notification of the prize. The prize will only be handed over to the winner.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SKINY is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in data transmission, malfunctions of the technical systems and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data and viruses. SKINY accepts no liability for damages of any kind after the prizes have been handed over. Excluded from this are damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, which are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty by SKINY or SKINY's vicarious agents. In this case, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

 

GENERAL

Legal recourse, in particular the assertion of any claims against SKINY GmbH in court, is excluded. Subject to typesetting and printing errors. Cash payment of the prize is expressly excluded. It is not possible to transfer the prize. These conditions of participation are subject to Austrian law.

Should one of the present provisions be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

 

SUBJECT TO CHANGE

SKINY behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen diese Teilnahmebedingungen zu ändern oder zu ergänzen, soweit dies im Interesse einer einfachen und sicheren Abwicklung und insbesondere zur Verhinderung von Missbräuchen oder aus sonstigen Gründen erforderlich ist. Der Empfänger, der von den Teilnehmenden bereitgestellten Informationen, ist die SKINY GmbH.  

 

DATA PROTECTION

SKINY assures to comply with the legal provisions of data protection according to the GDPR and to use all - including personal - data of the participants only for the purpose of carrying out this campaign and to pass it on to third parties only insofar as this is necessary for the processing within the framework of the campaign or for its implementation. SKINY confirms that third parties are obliged by a contractual agreement with SKINY to also comply with the statutory provisions of the Data Protection Act when processing personal data.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.

The participant may revoke his/her consent at any time by sending a corresponding message to SKINY GmbH, Hauptstrasse 17, 6840 Götzis.
