HOW DOES THE SKINY PERIOD UNDERWEAR WORK?

The gusset of the SKINY period underwear consists of three layers, each of which plays an important role. The top layer ensures optimum moisture and fluid transport to the layer underneath. The middle layer is the absorbent part of the period panty, which absorbs everything thanks to its absorbency. A waterproof fabric layer at the end ensures that everything stays safely where it should be - no matter what activity you are doing.

HOW DO I WASH MY PERIOD PANTIES?

It is best to wash your period panties by hand in cold water immediately after use. You can then wash them in the washing machine at 30°C without fabric softener, if possible on a delicate cycle. Your period underwear can be washed together with other similarly coloured items of clothing without hesitation. Finally, leave the period panties to air dry and then reuse them.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF PERIOD UNDERWEAR OVER TRADITIONAL MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS (E.G. PADS, TAMPONS ETC.)?

Period underwear is usually more absorbent than conventional disposable products. Depending on the strength of the absorbent material, a period panty can replace up to four tampons. Period panties are also reusable, making them a more sustainable alternative to traditional menstrual products. Some of the SKINY period panties are equipped with CERAVIDA® HEAT, which can alleviate menstrual cramps thanks to its warming properties.
