At present we deliver to the EU as well as to Switzerland. In Austria your order will be delivered by Österreichische Post, in Germany by DHL, in Switzerland and Spain with DPD. You may cancel your contractual agreement within 14 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) without giving any reason or also by returning the item if the item had been sent to you before the deadline. The time limit begins upon receipt of this information in text form, but not before your receipt of the goods as a customer or recipient. Exceptions include goods which were made to customer specifications or which were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer, or which were not supplied by us or were procured for the customer and did not come from our stock range. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item satisfies the right of cancellation. The cancellation must be sent to:

In the event of effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits shall be returned and any benefits already realised (e.g. interest) shall be released. As the customer, if you cannot return the received goods in whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must compensate us with a value replacement to this extent. In terms of the deterioration of an item, the value replacement should be paid only to the extent that the deterioration is due to the handling of the item which goes beyond the verification of properties and functionality (such as testing the goods and trying them out as is possible and customary within a retail outlet). In case of a cancellation, we are entitled to charge you freight, postage and handling fees. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the deadline begins with the dispatch of your statement of cancellation or the item, for us with its reception.
We ask that you use the available return label for the return and to send the item back to us in the original box. Neither the use of the return label, nor the return in the original box is a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your cancellation right.
Your order and the order data you have entered will be stored by us. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation with all the details to the e-mail address you have provided. You can view, save and print out our general terms and conditions at any time via a link on our website.

Please use the return papers that we sent with your order to tell us which items you are returning and why. Getting to know your return reasons helps us to improve our offers, our products and our service.
Please put the filled in return papers together with the goods you want to return back into the box.
For some countries we can provide return labels that enable you to return your parcel free of charge. Those countries are (please select your country for more details):
For returns from other countries we cannot provide pre-paid return labels and you will have to pay for the return shipment with your chosen carrier. Our Customer Service team can help you in case of any questions:[email protected].

Please seal your shipping box with sticking tape to make sure nothing gets lost on the way back.
Please hand over the sealed and labeled box to the carrier. Make sure to keep the confirmation slip as this carries the tracking number for your return parcel.
As soon as your return shipment reaches us it passes through a quality check. After a successfull QC you get refunded for the returned products on the same way you initially paid for your order. In case you have used a voucher or discount on your order it is possible that the voucher conditions are met no more. In such a case we will adjust the refund accordingly. The same applies to promotions and campaigns with or without a voucher (e.g. 20% discount when buying a 2nd product) and to multi buy campaigns (e.g. buy 3, pay 2).
Thanks for your understanding that we can only accept returns that fall into the 14 days return deadline.
For return handling we also have 14 days (due to legal terms). Nevertheless we are doing what we can to process your returns as quickly as possible.

Deviating from the legal formulation of the right of withdrawal, we also accept returns simply by sending the goods back, i.e. without a formal withdrawal.
Please handle the products carefully when trying them on, same as you would do it in the store of your favourite fashion retailer. Be aware that all labels need to remain attachted to the product. For hygienic reasons please keep on your underwear when trying on your ordered products and avoid soiling (e.g. make-up, perfume, deodorant or similar as well as smoke odor). Soiled or damaged items as well as items that have tags and labels removed cannot be returned.
You have selected the wrong size or would like to exchange an item for another colour? If so please return the things you do not want to keep as explained above. Please simply order the products you want to have from our online shop. As soon as we receive your return, you will get refunded accordingly.
