Your status is determined by the amount you have spent in a calendar year (e.g. 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024). SPARK starts when you register. For BRILLIANT, you must have collected 350 DIAMONDS. As soon as you collected the threshold you reach the next status, you immediately move up and have access to the benefits of the respective level for the rest of the current calendar year as well as for the following calendar year.

The levels depend on how much DIAMONDS you have collected. The more you spend in the SKINY online shop, the higher your tier and the better your benefits! When you move up in the FANCY CLUB, you keep all the benefits of the previous tier or unlock a better version of them.

Please note that in case of returns, the points for the returned items will be deducted from your points account.

If you do not make any purchases, earn or redeem any DIAMONDS for a period of 12 months, your DIAMONDS will expire.

DIAMONDS cannot be redeemed together with a discount code or during a promotion, e.g. Shopping Days, Black Friday, Multibuy promotions. However, you can collect DIAMONDS with each of your purchases and use them as a discount on your next purchase.

If you are unable to redeem your DIAMONDS at checkout, verify if you have a discount-eligible product in your shopping basket or if you have applied another discount code.
