You have decided to return your order or parts of it? Here you can find all necessary steps...
1. Fill in return papers:
Please use the return papers that we sent with your order to tell us which items you are returning and why. Getting to know your return reasons helps us to improve our offers, our products and our service.
2. Put items and return papers in the box:
Please put the filled in return papers together with the goods you want to retrund back into the box.
3. Getting a return label:
For some countries we can provide return labels that enable you to return your parcel free of charge. Those countries are (please select your country for more details):
For returns from other countries we can not provide pre-paid return labels and you will have to pay for the return shippment with your chosen carrierer. Our Customer Service team can help you in case of any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For return shipments from Austria you can generate a return label using the link below.
Using this label enables you to send your parcel back to us free of charge.
You can find further instructions on the website of the Austrian Post (click link below).
Please keep the receipt confirmation from the Post as this contains the tracking number for your return shippment.

4. Sealing your box:
Please seal your shipping box with sticking tape to make sure nothing gets lost on the way back.
5. Hand over to carrier:
Please hand over the sealed and labled box to the carrier. Make sure to keep the confirmation slip as this carries the tracking number for your return parcel.
6. Get your refund:
As soon as your return shippment reaches us it goes through a quality check. After a successfull QC you get refunded for the returned products on the same way you initially paid for your order. In case you have used a voucher or discount on your order it is possible that the voucher conditions are met no more. In such a case we will adjust the refund accordingly.
Note about returns in general:
Thanks for your understanding that we can only accept returns that fall into the 14 days return deadline.
For retrun handling we also have 14 days (due to legal terms). Never the less we are doing what we can to process your returns as quickly as possible.
